Raging water, awful effect, monstrous disaster – La Niña is known for.
December in the recent year 2011, La Niña
is an unwanted visitor of Cagayan de Oro city and Iligan city.
She destroys
millions of properties, she tear down large scale of nature and she took bulk
of heads of our dear countrymen.
It’s no
wonder why La Niña is hailed as one of the most powerful nature disaster. She
is incomparable. She is the QUEEN.
As the
queen, she deserves to be respected, to be taken care of and to be on our mind
always.
The nature
is the palace of the queen. Therefore, we servants must protect it so us to
live.
The queen is
the reason why we still breathe, why we still stand and why are still, here.
The queen is
generous, for she shares everything she has. Her palace is our home. Our home,
where we get everything we need – food, clothes, knowledge and even luxuries.
She loves us
very much that she offers all that she has BUT we forget one thing – she must
not be taken for granted. Because, once a queen gets mad, we are DEAD!
Still, the
queen is our mother. That no matter how sinful we did and no matter how many
times we do it, she will leave us with a living.
The proof is
in our very own eyes, hands, steps and breathes.
So, there
will be no other time and place for us to change. This is a chance that we will
never know of until when.
We will
never wanted to see again the Queen of the queens.
